Material and construction

The tools have magnetic tips, chrome-finished steel shafts and polypropylene handles. The steel grade is described inconsistently as chrome vanadium or carbon steel, so no single alloy grade is promised.

How to use it

Keep the tip seated in the screw and turn by hand. The magnetic tip can help hold suitable screws during positioning. Store tools dry. This is not an insulated set and must not be used on live electrical circuits.

Phillips sizes: #0 × 75 mm, #1 × 100 mm, #1 × 125 mm, #2 × 100 mm and #2 × 38 mm. Slotted sizes: 3.0 × 75 mm, 4.0 × 100 mm, 5.0 × 125 mm, 6.0 × 100 mm and 6.0 × 38 mm. Package: 26 × 9 × 9 cm, 0.5 kg gross. Start with the screw’s recess shape and the matching tip size, then choose a shaft length that leaves room for your hand to turn. Longer and shorter shafts provide different access choices; shaft length alone does not establish torque capacity. This set covers the listed Phillips and slotted profiles.
