Shipping Policy

SW-SW ships orders from China. The United States shipping information below applies to orders delivered to U.S. addresses. Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.

United States Shipping

Standard shipping to U.S. addresses is free. Order processing takes an estimated 1–3 business days, followed by an estimated 7–15 business days in transit. Together, this is generally 8–18 business days.

Order Cutoff and Business Days

The order cutoff used for the U.S. delivery estimate is 2:00 p.m. Shanghai time (UTC+8). Orders placed after the cutoff begin processing on the next applicable processing day, which may move the estimated arrival date. Processing and transit business days are Monday through Saturday.

Other Destinations

If your destination outside the United States is available at checkout, the delivery time may differ. The U.S. estimate above does not apply to other destinations. Contact us before ordering if you need an estimate.
