This Vertech kit combines a digital hygrometer and thermometer with a black soundhole cover and removable moisture-handling accessories. It is for acoustic or classical guitar owners choosing a cover for an 85 mm opening. The plastic and rubber cover has an orange LCD and three buttons on the left of the display.
Check the opening
Measure the soundhole before choosing this 85 mm version: 8.5 cm, approximately 3.35 inches. The fretboard must not extend to the opening. The listed cover dimensions are 9 × 8.5 × 1.5 cm; the opening diameter and the outer body dimensions describe different things.
Read and arrange the kit
The sensor measures the environment outside the guitar. To add moisture, moisten the sponge with water and attach its black case to the cover. For the separate moisture-absorbing option, place the silica gel packets in the white pouch and attach it to the cover using the hanger. Choose the arrangement needed for your guitar; these accessories require manual setup.
Contents per unit
Each unit is one complete kit: one digital soundhole cover, one humidifier case with sponge, two silica gel packets, one hanger, one white pouch, one black pouch, one CR2032 battery and an English manual. The guitar is not included.
