These self-adhesive heel grips add a layer of moulded foam inside the back of closed-back shoes. They suit shoes with spare room around the heel and people looking for extra cushioning at that contact area. The wing-shaped pads have a dotted surface and a contoured lower section; they sit at the heel rather than beneath the whole foot.
Choose the thickness and color
Choose 7 mm for a thinner layer or 10 mm when there is more space to fill. Check the 10.5 × 7.5 cm pad dimensions against the inside of your shoe. The thicker option takes up more room; the resulting fit depends on the shoe. Black and Beige are available in both thicknesses. The option photographs show both colors together; each order is only one pair in your selected color and thickness.
How to apply the heel liners
Clean and dry the inside rear surface of each shoe. Remove the adhesive backing, position one pad against the heel area and press it into place. Fit one pad in each shoe. Check the position and available space before use.

Questions before you buy
How many heel pads will I receive?
Two pads, forming one pair, in the color and thickness you select. The mixed-color option photo shows alternatives, not the contents of a two-color bundle.
Should I choose 7 mm or 10 mm?
Choose according to the room inside the heel of your shoe. The 7 mm version adds a thinner layer; the 10 mm version takes up more space. Compare the pad dimensions and thickness with your shoe.
Are these full-length insoles?
No. These are heel liners placed against the inside back of the shoe, not under the full length of the foot.
How do they attach?
The pads have adhesive backing. Clean and dry the shoe surface, peel the backing, then position and press one pad inside each shoe.
