S, M, L and XL are labeled US 2, 4, 6 and 8 respectively. The measurement table gives garment measurements for S–L; XL measurements are not listed. Compare the bust measurement with a coat that fits you and allow room for the layers you plan to wear.

For comparison, the S, M and L bust measurements are 102, 106 and 110 cm (about 40.2, 41.7 and 43.3 inches). Their coat lengths are 106, 107 and 108 cm (about 41.7, 42.1 and 42.5 inches). These are garment measurements: allow space for layers and consult Specification for shoulder and sleeve measurements. XL has no listed measurements.
