Choose the base style
Both options have a rainbow-iridescent cylindrical holder and a clear, glitter-look silicone head. TL3010-01 has a flat closed base; TL3010-02 has a hollow open base. The original option images show the exact difference. The white snowflake in an example photo is a transferred design, not a permanent pattern on the head.
Use with your nail-stamping supplies
For stamping nail art, use a separate engraved stamping plate, stamping polish and scraper. Pick up a design with the silicone head and place it on a nail. The stamper is for people who already have, or plan to use, those separate stamping supplies.
Apply stamping polish to the chosen plate design and scrape away the excess. Roll the silicone head over the design to pick it up, then press it onto the nail.
