This clear 4-tier desk file tray separates active paperwork into four visible levels. It is made from PET plastic and measures about 33 × 25 × 28 cm. Place it on an office desk, study table or reception counter.
Give each tray a purpose
Use the levels for incoming mail, documents to review, papers to file and outgoing forms. Alternatively, assign a tray to each project or person. The open front lets you retrieve a sheet without opening a drawer.
